COURTNEY CALLAHAN

Courtney Callahan is an 18-year-old slim blonde from a tiny farming town, where everyone knows everyone and her sudden modelling career has made her something of a local celebrity. With striking features and a naturally photogenic look, she was scouted by a modelling agency at just 14 and has been working toward a professional career ever since. Now that her agency is pushing her to stay in peak shape, Courtney has thrown herself into the gym, determined to prove she has what it takes.

Recently asked to move from her rural hometown to Cummingbrook for more modelling opportunities, Courtney is excited about her new life but finds the big change surprisingly lonely. She's making the most of her earnings by hiring a Personal Trainer, a cleaner, and other helpers to make settling into an unfamiliar city easier. She's friendly and polite, but sometimes feels awkward admitting how little she knows about city life and worries that people will see her as a naive country girl.

Courtney still uses farming metaphors for almost everything, even when absolutely nobody understands what she's talking about. And Courtney is far too trusting. She's used to living somewhere where people generally look out for one another, so she tends to assume strangers have good intentions. So Courtney can be easily talked into things before she realizes she's being taken advantage of. Despite that, Courtney is determined to become more independent and discover what life and the beautiful people of Cummingbrook have to offer.
